ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE:
These Terms of Use govern your use of the MegaVideoRentals.com web site. By using, visiting, or browsing the
MegaVideoRentals.com web site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these
Terms of Use, you should not use the site.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE:
Mega Corporate Group reserves the right with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole
discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hyperlink
located at the bottom of the pages of the MegaVideoRentals.com. The most current version of the Terms of Use will
supercede all previous versions. Your use of the MegaVideoRentals.com web site after revisions are made means that
you agree to be bound by such changes.
MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING:
Specific informations about your membership can be found in the "YOUR ACCOUNT" tab located at the top of the top pages of
MegaVideoRentals.com site.

As a subscriber to MegaVideoRentals.com, you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card a monthly membership
fee plus any applicable sales tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of
MegaVideoRentals.com. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal
thereafter unless and until you cancel. We will automatically charge your credit card on the calendar day corresponding
to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we
will bill your credit card on the last day of such month. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the
fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these
changes by email. If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or
expiration date, you may edit your credit card information by clicking on the "Your Account" button, available at the
top of the pages of the MegaVideoRentals.com web site.
When you purchased phone cards from MegaVideoRentals.com web site, you agree that we are permitted to charge your
credit card for the amount of phone card purchased.

| · Automatic Renewals: |
|
Your MegaVideoRentals.com membership will be automatically renewed. We will charge your credit card specified and
provided during your registration. Your membership will automatically renew for subscription without prior notice to
you, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate your membership. You must cancel your membership
before the next billing cycle to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card. No refunds or credits for
partial subscription.

| · Delivery & Return of Rented Movies: |
|
We use USPS first class 2 way mailer pre-paid envelope for your rented movies. Actual delivery may vary on certain
factors a) availability of inventory, b) your location, c) when you place your order and, d) circumstances impacting
delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. We will send you an e-mail when we shipped your movies and when we received your
movies. Movie request received before 1:00pm (Pacific Time) will be mailed the same day, movie request received after
1:00pm (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day.
DVD/VCD subscription will be mailed to the member's billing address specified on the credit card information
provided at registration.

| · Cancellation: |
|
You may cancel your membership to MegaVideoRentals at anytime. We do not give refunds or credits to any partial
subscription. Upon cancellation of your membership, you have 7 days from the last day of your billing cycle to
return any outstanding movie rentals. A $30 charge per movie title will be billed to your credit card if the movie
rentals are not returned.

For easy access and browsing 0MegaVideoRentals.com site, cookies are placed in your computer's hard drive. (Cookies
are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive.) Cookies
allows us to track items you select, and help us match your address and credit card information with your order and
identify you as "return guest" so you don't need to retype the information each time you visit our site.
