1. What is a phone/calling card?
Calling card or Phone Card is a pre-paid service phone with no monthly fee. With calling card you can use any phone,
even public phone, anywhere to call your destinations. Prices of the calling cards are ranging from as low as $10 up
to $100 per card. Each calling card has a number called PIN number that is needed in order to use the service.
Every time you use your calling card, the amount of money on that card will be deducted (depends on the rate in which you
are calling to). You can use it until the amount of money in your card is less than minimum requirement for each call.
For example, if your calling card has connection fee of $1 and ¢25 per minute, you must have at least $1.25 left in your
calling card in order to call your destination.

3. What is PIN number?
Each phone card has designated PIN number. It is a series of numbers that is entered when prompted by the computerized
voice.
4. Is it safe to buy Phone Card from MegaVideoRentals.com?
We use a secure server (SSL) which encrypts all of your personal information. This encryption process ensures that the
information you give us is protected against unauthorized access. We safeguard your personal information. Your information

5.How do I pay my orders?
Your credit card specified in your account information will be billed for the amount of phone card purchased. We also
accept personal check made payable and mail to Mega Corporate Group. Once your check has cleared, we will send you the
pin number immediately via e-mail. Volume purchase is also available at discounted prices. E-mail

6. I have problems with my phone card? What should I do?
MegaVideoRentals.com is a re-seller of phone cards and does not manufacture phone cards. Any problems or concerns
must be directed to the phone card's respective customer service Each phone card has their own customer service
number. Check MegaVideoRentals phone card description for the customer service number, then call them and discuss
the problems.
7. What is the refund policy for the phone card?
The phone card is non-refundable. Except in extreme cases, (i.e. invalid pin numbers, phone card not activated) pin
numbers will be replaced only. In this situation, the problem needs to be verified before a pin number is issued.
No refund or replacement will be given for lost, stolen, unauthorized use or expired phone card.
8. Does phone cards expire?
Phone cards expires after 90 days from the date of first use. However, there is a maintenance fee which minutes will
be deducted from you phone card if not used right away. We advise that you use up your minutes in a short period of time.
