1. How does MegaVideoRentals.com works?

2. How much does it cost?
For as low as $9.95 a month (plus applicable tax), you can watch as many
Filipino and English titles from our thousands of DVD selections. This plan allows you to rent one (1) movie at a time
with maximum of five (5) movies a month.
$15.95 a month (plus applicable tax) for the Unlimited/2 Movies Out plan
allows you to keep a revolving two (2) movies at a time and can exchange them for new available movies as often as you want.
Mail whatever you finish viewing first and we'll keep sending the replacement of your favorite Filipino and English titles.
Unlike the first plan ($9.95), this program does not have a maximum number of movies you can check out per
month.
$19.95 a month (plus applicable tax) for the Unlimited/3 Movies Out plan.
This is our most popular plan since it allows you to keep a revolving three (3) movies at a time. With this plan, you can
practically have a selection for the entire family. Mail whatever you finish viewing first and we'll keep sending the
replacement of your favorite Filipino and English titles. Also, this plan also does not limit the number of movies you can
check out per month.
3. Can I change my membership plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your selected plan anytime, however, the new plan will take effect on your next billing
cycle.
4. What type of selections and formats do you have?
We carry thousands of titles from different categories for the whole family. We add new titles to our inventory every week .
We carry all English titles in DVD format. All Filipino titles are in DVD format, however, if the movie title is not
available on DVD format yet, then, we'll have it on VCD format. As soon as DVD format becomes available, we will have both
formats.
5. How much is the shipping?

6. How fast do you ship the replacement movie(s) after you receive my returned movies?
Since we aim for customer sastisfaction, your replacement movies are shipped in the same day we receive your returned movies.
This way, you do not lose days waiting for your replacement. Movies in your rental queue received afer 1:00pm are processed
the next business day. Therefore, always update your rental queue. You will receive an email notification for the movies
received and the movies shipped to you.
7. How soon do I get my movies?
It usually takes about 2-4 business days for USPS to deliver your movies. Others may only take one (1) business day
depending on your location. The delay of USPS shipment is beyond our control.
8. What if I have not received the DVD after I was notified it was shipped?
Depending on your location, shipping may take up to 5 business days or even longer. If you have not received the DVD after
7 days of email notification, please inform us by reporting it to customercare@megavideorentals.com and a replacement will
be mailed to you immediately. However, if the quantity of lost disc becomes excessive or habitual, your account may be
submitted for review and in some cases, could result in the suspension of your account.
9. Can I cancel my membership anytime?
You may cancel your membership to MegaVideoRentals at anytime. We do not give refunds or credits to any partial
subscription. Upon cancellation of your membership, you have 7 days from the last day of your billing cycle to return
